Gearboxes are an important intergral part of most rotating installations and it's therefore important to keep the downtime to a minimum.

Custom Built Gearboxes
We are specialized in designing and manufacturing a wide range of custom gearboxes. Specially for obsolete gearboxes or when repairs can't be made meeting the Atex regulations. We will reverse engineer the original gearbox and manufacture an identical or upgraded one. If necesssary we will also including Atex certifications.
We notice a lot of customers with mixer installations that are not Atex certified. These gearboxes are maintained by non-Atex certified companies. This does not meet the ATEX regulations and can result in penalties and unexpected accidents.

Service, repair and spares
We can supply parts for all different types of gearboxes. If we don have the drawings in our own archive. we will either do this by reverse engineering or by sourcing original or alternatie parts.
Has your process changed compared to the original settings? Mostly this means that the gearbox specifications doesn't match the requirements anymore. We can upgrade any gearbox to meet the new requirements of your installation.
