We can manufacture any type of gear in a short lead-time.

Our engineering capabilities include tooth measuring machines, a 3d measuring divice and a lot of micrometers.

We keep a large stock of raw material to be able to manufacture new gears in a short lead-time. Rotalution understands the need for a fast delivery time if your installation or vessel is down due to a damaged gear.

Our range of gears goes from 100 mm up to 5000 mm in diameter. All different options like heat treatment and class approval are available.

We either need a production drawing or the original piece. Other possibilities can be a new gear set, engineerd from the base dimensions of the gearbox. Off course a complete new gearbox is also possible, see our gearbox page
